Whiskey Dinner at Flemmings

Join us for an exclusive “Whiskey Dinner” to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the most awarded whiskey distiller in the United States in 2025, at our upcoming Wine Dinner on Saturday, September 20th at 6:30 pm. 

Experience a thoughtfully curated evening as Chef Juan Ortiz presents a custom-designed menu, expertly paired with three distinctive whiskey selections. Each course will highlight the craftsmanship and character of these award-winning spirits. 

• 1st Course – Seared Scallops with Browned Butter Bourbon Orange Sauce. Paired with Straight Bourbon Whiskey 
• 2nd Course – Spiced Lamb Chops with Roasted Vegetable Medley, Tzatziki. Paired with Straight Rye Whiskey 
• 3rd Course – Steak Frites with Green Chimichurri and Potato Pavé. Paired with Farm Strength Uncut Bourbon 
• 4th Course – Mille-Feuille with Smoked Rosemary Ice Cream and Orange Marmalade Cream. Paired with Paper Plane Cocktail with Straight Bourbon 

This exclusive evening is open to guests 21 and older. $80 per guest (plus tax and gratuity).
