October Wine Dinner: Old World Discovery & New World Wonders at Flemings

In October, we invite our Guests to discover wine differently with a night dedicated to wine exploration. Each course will have parallel pours of both an Old-World wine & New World wine for a comparative tasting, filled with exploration and education.

FIRST COURSE
LUMP BLUE CRAB GNOCCHI seasonal citrus beurre blanc, chives with comparative tasting of Sauvignon Blanc

SECOND COURSE
ROASTED ONION BISQUE toasted gruyere crouton with comparative tasting of Chardonnay

THIRD COURSE

FIFTH COURSE
LUXARDO CHERRY TART dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel, strawberry red wine sauce, chantilly cream, fresh berries paired with coffee or tea
