Join us for our April Wine Dinner with Bernardus Winery – a refreshing, elegant 4-course wine dinner featuring enchanting wines from the lesser-known California wine region of Carmel Valley in Monterey County. With this dinner we’d like to change that and put Monterey County on your “wine radar”.
Find out about the family that imported the first VW Bug to the United States in 1947 and opened the first tasting room in Carmel Valley in 1996.
Chef Juan Ortiz Contreras crafted a Guatemalan cuisine influenced menu with vibrant, fresh flavors designed to delight your palate.

2nd Course

Pan seared Airline chicken breast, tomatillo cilantro and pumpkin seed emulsion, pomegranate reduction served over steamed Jasmin rice

Center cut filet mignon, black recado of charred chiles, roasted sesame and pumpkin seeds, potato puree

Bocado de Reina
Warm bread pudding infused with caramelized banana, Ceylon cinnamon, golden raisins, vanilla bean crema, pepita brittle
