Box Office Hours

The box office is open three hours prior to the event through intermission on event days only and is closed on non-event days.

The Crypto.com Arena Box Office is open Tuesdays 12pm-4pm for walk up sales for Microsoft Theater Events.  All tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered via mobile delivery, no printed paper tickets will be distributed at the windows. 

About Microsoft Theater

Complementing the larger Crypto.com Arena, the state-of-the-art Microsoft Theater is a mid-sized venue for live performances and events. The theater hosts more than 125 music, family, dance and comedy acts, award shows, televised productions, corporate meetings, shareholder meetings, and product launches annually. Most notably, the theater is the proud host of over 120 concerts, family shows and special events including the American Music Awards, the ESPYs and the EMMYs.

Microsoft Theater Will Call Procedure

The box office is open three hours prior to event. Patrons wishing to pick up will call tickets must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo ID. Will Call drop off is not available for any event.

Accessible Seating/Parking

The venue meets ADA standards for accessible seating. Please indicate that you require accessible seating when ordering tickets through Ticketmaster or the box office. Accessible parking is available in the various parking garages and lots around the theatre. View a parking map.

General Information

Microsoft Theater is a NO SMOKING facility. There are no designated areas for smoking. Patrons will not be able to leave the venue and re-enter for any reason.

Arrive Early: It is recommended to arrive one-hour prior to showtime, or as early as possible. All packages will be inspected prior to entry, including briefcases, bags and purses. All patrons will continue to go through a screening process upon entry. Guests are strongly discouraged from bringing packages, briefcases, knapsacks and video equipment to the theatre.

Cameras: Non-professional cameras with zoom lenses less than 3½" are permitted. Please see the venue policy regarding cameras.

• NO alcohol, drugs, weapons, cans, or bottles

Children

Children 3 years of age or older require a ticket and must occupy their seat. Children 2 years and under are admitted free provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
