Chef Ludo trained classically in France for 12 years before his jump to the Los Angeles culinary scene. He's been recognized with many prestigious nominations and awards, including being knighted by the French Government as Chevalier de L'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, and most notably received a Michelin Star at his restaurant Trois Mec in 2019. From fried chicken to refined French cuisine, Chef Ludo has the skill and talent to make anything taste delicious.

All the way from Brooklyn, New York, Chef Carlo Mirarchi is bringing his talent and poetic expertise to Los Angeles. Chef Mirarchi's restaurant Blanca received a second Michelin star and a three-starreview from Pete Wells of The New York Times in 2015. Chef Carlo's cooking style found at Brooklyn and L.A. staple Roberta's has been described as an "epic food adventure" and its pizzas are aptly paired with the epic cross-country adventure that follows the Hoover family in Little Miss Sunshine.
